If you need to update your billing or shipping address, please update them before mailing in your exchange order. Changes to your address made after your exchange has been mailed will not be applied to your new order.
If you have a subscription associated with your account, please click on the person icon on the top right side of aarke.us. After logging in, select manage subscriptions. Select your current subscription and update your billing and/or shipping address on the right hand of the subscription portal.
